Although we operate as a dropshipping business, we are committed to providing you with the best possible support and service. Please review our refund and return policy below to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  1. Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. Be in its original packaging.
  3. Be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

  1. Items that have been used or damaged.
  2. Items that have been altered or modified.
  3. Items without their original packaging.
  4. Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@oxytrend.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.
  3. If your return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to the supplier, as we are a dropshipping business. We will provide you with the supplier’s address and any necessary instructions.
  4. Once the supplier receives your returned item and confirms it meets our return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank’s policies.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please contact our customer support team at support@oxytrend.com with your order number and a description of the damage. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
